Our Scene

So…. the big exciting news on our front is;  WE GOT A NEW MOTORCYCLE!!!! yes!  This wonderful machine is going to be our portal to the wild nature of the West! If all goes well, there will be lots of camping adventures on high up mountain passes.  How we are going to share it…..is yet to be worked out (naturally we both want to drive….)

Absorbing Nature

On weekends, the goal is to get as much of nature as we can!  Yesterday, we climbed up Falcon Mountain, which towers above the little town of Morrison (where Red Rocks Amphitheater is) and offers excellent views of Denver!

Writing

I’ve been taking a memoir class and doing lots of writing.  Its been a lot of fun and hard work but mostly really inspiring.  Someday I hope to write a memoir……

I’m missin those sunny January Days!

Outside my window a storm is blowing in…..feircly. I can hear the wind whistling and the house creaking.  There is already snow resting on the edges of the windows.  I’d hate to be walking outside right now.  We are forecasted to get nearly a foot of snow through tonight and tomorrow.  Yes!
