The snow has been a cozy, quiet, blissful blanket over the last few months. Now….. it is beginning to feel – um- a bit heavy a bit burdonshom- a bit lonely- a bit cold and a bit white. I am officially ready for the warmth and colors and water and chirping and fresh hope of springtime. Bring it baby, I’ma ready! and in the mean time, I have been googling for pictures of my WARM sailing days. Back when I was Famous. Back when I showed up to parties (jeeeeze, went to parties) in boats, that ended in skinny dipping with fosforescentes, me donning bikinis and a mustaches and NOT……………… thick flannels, itchy long johns and clunky Boots. Big sigh.
