Wind And Waves

Here we are arriving at the Harbor in Mazatlan. We have a little job to do……………pull the Cat out of the water and fix a piece on the engine (I need to ask Wayne the name of it again)

Here is one of many fishing boats around. It was interesting to see it up close, after seeing so many in the ocean. Made me wonder, what is life aboard a fishing boat like? I learned from the Harbor Master that women are not allowed aboard the Mexican Fishing vessels.

We arrived at the Harbor in the morning light. It was Photographer’s paradise, with so much going on and the brilliant colors everywhere. Here, a bunch of fellows are fixing little holes in a huge fishing net.

I had the opportunity to have a conversation in Spanish (something I really appreciate) with this fellow. What a sweet soul he was………can’t you just tell from his picture!
